The guest rooms were designed by residential architect Yasushi Horibe.
By creating a place where guests can return to peace of mind,
the intention was to encourage them to turn their attention to the outside world.
While providing ample space for relaxation,
enjoy the simple, minimalist design, like stepping into a cocoon.

Lounge
Open from 7 am to 10 pm throughout your stay. In the evening we offer a complimentary bar service of local sake and light refreshments. The lounge also contains our collection of mostly second-hand books, which can be enjoyed in your room or purchased to take home.
Garden Walk
Join our staff and local guides for a stroll through our working field and biotope, created from former fish farming ponds. Harvest ingredients for the day's meals alongside our gardeners.
Hatonosu Station Check-In
Guests arriving by train are greeted by local hosts at the unmanned Hatonosu Station. Enjoy stories of village life during the short drive to Satologue, and receive your complimentary guide, the Ensen Marugoto Passport, complete with discount coupons.
Please note that station check-in is available for guests arriving on the 2:26 pm weekday or 2:33 pm weekend train to Hatonosu Station on the Ome Line, or those meeting at the station at these times.
