Article 8 (Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information)

1.If the Company is requested by an individual to suspend the use of or erase personal information (hereinafter referred to as "Suspension of Use, etc.") on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or that it was acquired by improper means, the Company shall conduct the necessary investigation without delay.

2.If, based on the results of the investigation in the preceding paragraph, the Company determines that it is necessary to respond to the request, the Company shall suspend the use, etc., of the personal information without delay.

3.If the Company performs Suspension of Use, etc., based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or makes a decision not to perform Suspension of Use, etc., it shall notify the user to that effect without delay.

4.Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if Suspension of Use, etc., involves a large amount of expense or is otherwise difficult to implement, and if alternative measures necessary to protect the rights and interests of the user can be taken, such alternative measures shall be implemented.

Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

1.The contents of this Policy may be changed without notice to the user, except for matters otherwise provided for in laws, regulations, or this Policy.

2.Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
